Minutes of a meeting of Hackthorn & Cold Hanworth Parish Council held VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM on Thursday 10th September 2020 at 7.30pm

Present: Councillors Pickering, Hobohm (Chair), Finney Cracroft Eley and Bright.
1. Apologies and their reasons for absence were received from Councillor Graves and PCSO Law.
2. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the 2000 Local Government Act. Members may make any declarations of interest at this point, but may also make them at any point during the meeting. There were no declarations of interest at this point of the meeting.
3. Minutes of meeting 314 and 315 – these were read and signed as a true record.
4. Matters arising from those minutes. There were no matters arising.
5. County & District Matters to include: there were no matters.
6. Policing matters to include: no policing matters Councillor Cracroft-Eley enters the meeting
7. Highway Matters to include:
a) Beck – Estate to look at the beck.
b) Road closures – parishioners notified.
c) Painting of benches – all councillors in agreement that a Cold Hanworth resident could go ahead and paint the benches.
8. Planning Matters to include:
a) Neighbourhood plan, including planning reform impacts - it was agreed that individuals could respond if they wished. Members to think about if the NHP should be pursued.
9. Financial matters to include
a) Financial update - £6773.33
b) Annual return – all ok.
10. War Memorial – clerk to submit a pre-application form.
11. Broadband – No updates yet, anticipating December 2020.
12. Any other items for discussion
a) Defibrillator – pads are out of date, new ones to be ordered.
13. Items for inclusion on the next agenda – nothing at this point.
14. Correspondence – for members to request.
