You are hereby summoned to attend the annual meeting of the council to be held on Tuesday, 13th May 2025 at the close of the annual parish meetings for Hackthorn and Cold Hanworth in Hackthorn Village Hall
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
