Meetings of the Hackthorn and Cold Hanworth Parish Council are held bi-monthly on the 2nd Thursday of the month in the Hackthorn Village Hall unless notified otherwise.
All meetings start at 8.00pm, including the meeting in May for the Annual Parish Meeting, and then the Annual Parish Council Meeting starting immediately after both meetings have concluded..
