AGENDA for a meeting of Hackthorn & Cold Hanworth Parish Council to be held on Thursday 25th August 2022 at 7.30pm in Hackthorn Village Hall
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.
1. Apologies for Absence - To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.
3. Planning Matters to include:
a) RAF Scampton meeting – feedback from meeting and to consider a response (see separate email)
b) Planning application – 145096 - Hybrid application for proposed 57km pipeline scheme between Elsham and Lincoln Document List (west-lindsey.gov.uk)
c) 145254 - Planning application for proposed single storey rear extension & alterations to dwelling at Mannaseh, Main Street, Hackthorn. Document List (west-lindsey.gov.uk)
4. Councillors’ reports: Councillors’ reports and items for inclusion on the next agenda: Councillors are requested to use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas. Councillors are respectfully reminded that this is not an opportunity for debate or decision making.
