2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests.

7. Planning: to discuss any planning applications received from the Planning Authority. Also to include update on RAF Scampton
8. Financial matters: To approve payments. To include signing of the Precept upon the Charging Authority form and amendments to banking mandate.
