May 2025 Minutes (Annual Meeting - Hackthorn)
HACKTHORN PARISH
Minutes of the annual parish meeting held on Tuesday, 13th May 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall.
Present: L. Pickering (Chairman); S. Graves; M. Finney; T. Marsden; W. Cracroft-Eley; A. Albone; Mr Arndhobohm.
In attendance: the Clerk.
Apologies: S. Bright.
To approve the Minutes of the last meeting held on 21st May 2024: The minutes were signed as a true record.
Chairman's report: In terms of Hackthorn it was a very similar year to Cold Hanworth. There is a Scampton meeting on 4th June and the chairman will attend. The Parish Council is working on a project for the bus shelter.
Responsible Financial Officer's Report: Income for 2024/25 totalled £5088.07 which included CIL monies of £2663.07. Expenditure for the year was £2698.04 with no significant spend. There had been a grant of £100 to Signpost magazine. A balance of £7728 has been carried forward to this financial year.
