May 2025 Minutes (Annual Meeting - Cold Hanworth)
COLD HANWORTH PARISH
Minutes of the annual parish meeting held on Tuesday, 13th May 2025 at 7pm in the Village Hall.
Present: L. Pickering (Chairman); S. Graves; T. Marsden; M. Finney; W. Cracroft-Eley; A. Albone; Mr Arndhobohm.
In attendance: the Clerk.
Apologies: S. Bright
To approve the Minutes of the last meeting held on 21st May 2024: The meeting was not quorate.
Chairman's report: The biggest concern has potholes, a lot of which have been repaired in the past year. There are still ones which need reporting for repair between Hackthorn and Cold Hanworth. There has been no progress on plans for RAF Scampton. Recent meetings have been cancelled.
A new notice board is needed and will be looked at in the next year. Also a dog bin is needed. To be sited near the post box.
